The Early Years and Care students at Bournemouth and Poole College are participating in a 10km walk from Sandbanks to Bournemouth Pier and back again to raise money for Bundles that Love, part of Bournemouth Foodbank. This is a charity that supports new families in need by providing essentials such as baby clothes, nappies, toiletries etc.

The students have already made contact with numerous early years settings to see if they can support the charity by hosting a collection box, as well as having a collection in college. The sand walk is another way the students would like raise awareness of the charity and raise funds for them to also buy essential items.
