Our either extremely brave or incredibly insane, Rhiannon our Bosty volunteer and Steve our regular wellness walker, will be taking part in the Boathouse Charity bungee jump raising funds for the Stan Bowley trust for cancer radiotherapy treatment.

This event will be taking place at the Boathouse, Park Road, Rushall, Walsall, WS4 1LG from Midday Saturday 22nd March.

It is well known that cancer will affect one in every two people during their life, so we need to do everything we can to fight this awful disease. CyberKnife is robotic radiotherapy treatment that is able to treat previously untreatable tumours. Because it can deliver high doses of radiation with sub millimetre accuracy, it access parts of the body that were too difficult with traditional surgery and because it is so accurate it does not damage healthy tissues. It is not suitable for everyone, but everyone that is suitable should have access.
