On the 11th of October, myself, Anna, KJ and a few of our friends are taking part in the Pink Run Belfast 5k. We are doing this in support of breast cancer.

In January our lovely mum was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then she has gone through surgery and chemotherapy and is soon starting her radiation treatment. When going through a scary and unknown journey like this we realised how important and amazing these charities are! They have been so helpful to our family. We are hoping to raise some awareness and money for this amazing cause.

Breast Cancer is something that has affected many families and we hope that by taking part in the run we can raise more money to help support those in need.

The great thing about this charity is that all the money raised stays right here in Northern Ireland to support local women and families during this tough time in their lives!!
