Burntwood Dementia Friendly Community are hosting their third Dementia Friendly Walk, raising funds and awareness of dementia in our local community.

We invite residents to join us to walk towards a world without dementia with us on Sunday 18th May around Chasewater, and encourage their friends and family to support them by donating to Alzheimer's Society in recognition of their efforts.
