Three Peaks Cycle Challenge for Little Havens Children’s Hospice

Little Havens Children’s Hospice provides free specialist care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions across Essex, helping families make every moment count.

Following the success of our Snowdon Cycle-Climb for St Clare Hospice, my uncle, Alan Burton, and I are taking things two steps further by tackling all three of the UK’s highest mountains in one gruelling, unsupported challenge.

On Thursday 30th July, we’ll board the Caledonian Sleeper from London Euston to Fort William. After arriving on Friday morning, the challenge officially begins with the climb of Ben Nevis, the UK’s highest mountain.

From there, we’ll cycle around 500 miles between the three peaks, covering approximately 260 miles from Ben Nevis to Scafell Pike, before riding a further 215 miles to Snowdon. Carrying all of our own equipment, we’ll complete the challenge completely unsupported, finishing with a wild camp on the summit of Snowdon – without tents.

The challenge is being funded by Thornwood Design & Build, with support from our fantastic sponsors, meaning every donation goes directly to Little Havens Children’s Hospice.
