We are all running the Bury 10k on Sunday September 20th 2026 in memory of our amazing Dad, who we lost to bowel cancer last October at the age of 69. We miss him every day.

Dad was always active - he loved football (especially the Shakers), cycling, golf and had always been a keen runner. In his final weeks, he asked us if we’d all run a charity race together, in order to raise money to support the incredible work of Cancer Research UK.

Any donations will help fund life-saving research, improve treatments and bring hope to those affected by cancer. We’re running for Dad as he would have loved to be running himself.
