In December 2025, my grandad John unfortunately passed away in a unexpected car accident. Despite thier best efforts, the Air Ambulance were unable to save his life. However, they were a source of comfort and professionalisim during a truly difficult time.

You dont realise how vital they are until that critical momement arrives.

That is why we are running the Colchester Stampede 10K, to raise money for this incredible charity and to also commorate my grandfather, who once loved running!

We have been training hard, readying ourselves for this run.
