We lost our dear friend Danny Hibberd in 2023 - friends and family have been shell-shocked.

He was only 40 years old with so much life to give.

He rated running the London Marathon as one of his great life achievements and so in his memory, having never done anything of this length before, I would like to give it a crack.

I'm raising money for a wonderful charity in Great Ormond Street Hospital, having seen first-hand how they have helped my daughter, I know the funds will be going to support more families with this challenging and exciting journey we all take through life.

Every day, 619 children and young people from across the UK arrive at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.
