This Spring/Summer, hundreds of members of Sky's Consumer Group will be taking part in a variety of challenges to get active as part of Miles for Mind - a moment for all of us to reflect on the importance of supporting one another, and to raise money for Mind, a charity that seeks to provide support, advice, and community for those with mental health issues.

These activities will include a 15km walk from our offices in Osterley during Mental Health Awareness Week on Tuesday 14th May, and a 54 mile cycle from London to Brighton on Sunday 16th June.

We're raising money as part of the Content Products team at Sky, we look after a range of areas including Sports, Cinema, Entertainment, Store and Promo. We have 30 colleagues taking part in the walk and will be organising a range of activities to raise money beforehand.

A £20 donation could help Mind's Infoline answer calls, giving people vital support. £50 could help Mind campaign for better mental health services from the Government, ensuring that people get the support they need, as soon as they need it. £100 could pay the cost of one of Mind's Infoline or Legal Line advisors for a whole day.
