Set up by a group of runners who have all been affected by cancer, Run 4 Cancer provides respite breaks for families living with cancer. We also make grants to cancer care institutions and fund research into the positive effects of exercise and how it can help with cancer prevention and recovery.

Story

Running Manchester marathon in April to raise money for run4cancer, a charity who support families affected by cancer. I know I run a lot anyway but this was the easier option than jumping out of a plane…!
