This Movember, the men of C4 Rugby are teaming up with Matches Sports Bar for a powerful cause — raising funds and awareness for Mindstep, a charity dedicated to mental health research and support.

Mindstep holds a special place in our hearts. It was founded by the family of one of our own — an ex-C4 Rugby member — in memory of a life lost too soon to mental illness. Their mission is clear: to change the way we understand, treat, and talk about mental health.

Through Movember, C4 men's rugby and the staff of matches not just growing moustaches — we’re growing conversations around men’s mental health, challenging stigma, and backing the research and support services that save lives.

What You Can Expect:
