From 4–8 June, I’ll be taking on a charity trek up Mount Toubkal in Morocco alongside four others from Coffee King to raise money for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

I’m not doing this in memory of one specific person - I’m doing it because so many people connected to our business, our teams, our families and our wider circle have been affected by cancer, and Clatterbridge has played a part in supporting them in one way or another.

Clatterbridge does incredible work every single day - providing world-class cancer care, supporting patients and families through unimaginably difficult times, and continually investing in better treatment, facilities and outcomes. The impact they have locally is huge, and the difference they make to real people is impossible to ignore.

This trek is a personal challenge, a team effort, and a way for us to give something back. Mount Toubkal isn’t an easy climb - but it’s nothing compared to what cancer patients face - and that perspective is what makes this challenge meaningful.
