Mental health is something that we can all struggle with at times, which is why it's so important to give our young people the tools they need to deal with those struggles before they become an issue.

I'm raising money for Hope 4 Life to help them do just that.

They reach children and young people through their early intervention programme called Uberheroes® , where they re-tell the real stories and lived experiences of local young people’s mental ill-health though superhero style comics.

They also deliver Early Intervention and Suicide Prevention workshops to children, young people & adults, better preparing them for the surprises life can throw and empowering them to better protect their mental health.
