I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon in October on behalf of The Rescue Hotel, CDH. Many of you will know I am very passionate about dogs and support adoption. Any donation will go towards supporting stray, abandoned or unwanted dogs and will be very much appreciated.

‘The Rescue Hotel supports up to 800 stray, abandoned and unwanted dogs every year. We ensure these dogs receive any veterinary treatment they may need, assist with behavior training and provide any additional home comforts a dog may need to make their stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible before they are adopted in to a new loving home.’
