LPTQC72's fundraiser for Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity

Caitlin Peters is raising money for Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity

C2 Bike Ride to Glasgow · 5 June 2026

The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity is the principle charity of the Royal Navy. Beneficiaries lie at the heart of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity's purpose, it is our duty to remain focused on their needs. Since 2007, we have funded projects and facilities that boost morale for those who serve today. We also distribute millions of pounds annually to military charities which care for the children, families and veterans of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines.

Story

LPTQC72's qualifiers are attempting to ride 700km in 4 hours, the distance from HMS TEMERAIRE to our furthest qualifier's home in Glasgow. Watch us tick off the distance board as we accumulate the distance to each qualifier's home across the UK!

We will have C2 bikes in constant action as the quals chip away at the distance. We'll be cycling from 0800-1200. Come down to cheer us on and support this great charity!

There will also be a dead hang challenge, cross bar challenges (both with prizes for the winners) and a cake sale too. A great opportunity to meet the quals!

When: Friday 5th June

Where: RNSPT Gymnasium, HMS TEMERAIRE

RNRMC is the principal charity of the Royal Navy. They are at the heart of supporting the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, and Royal Fleet Auxiliary personnel and their families – past, present, and future. Since their formation in 2007, they have funded projects and facilities that boost morale for those who serve today, and they continue to support organisations and charities that care for serving personnel, children, families, and veterans.
