Dear friends & family,

I will be running the Royal Parks half marathon on October 13th and I would sincerely appreciate any support that you're able to pass this way!

It's hard to believe that it's been almost 10 years since I ran the last marathon! Slightly nervous undertaking this challenge as I have really struggled to get back into running since having the kids but figure there is no time better than now...and what better way than to run around the Royal Parks with thousands of people raising money for their wonderful charity.
