Story
On 31st July at 5pm to 1st August at 5pm, I’ll be taking on a marathon of a challenge: 24 hours of non-stop golf. Yes, it’s going to be exhausting, but it’s nothing compared to the silent suffering faced by thousands of children around the world.
I’m doing this in support of Project 90-10, a powerful charity dedicated to tackling child sexual abuse (CSA) by focusing on prevention and education. Their work is vital — shifting the narrative, raising awareness and giving people the tools to act before abuse happens.
Both the founder of Project 90-10, Emma Jane Taylor, and I are survivors of child sexual abuse. Speaking out isn’t easy, but we’ve chosen to share our stories to help break the silence that surrounds this issue. By opening up about our experiences, we want to show others that healing is possible, and that prevention starts with awareness.
Through this challenge and the work of Project 90-10, we’re turning pain into purpose, working to protect children and create a future where no one has to live through what we did.
So, I kindly ask you to please support me. Whether it’s £1 or £100, every donation brings us closer to a future where all children are safe.
Thank you for reading, for caring, and for helping me make every swing count.
