Story
In April 2026, Mum, Dad and I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause.
When my Auntie Anne was first diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer 10 years ago, Lawrence from Breast Cancer Now was instrumental in helping Anne get access to Kadcyla ( a drug she was on for 7 years) which is now available on NHS Scotland for people with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. 10 years on, Anne is now back working and living her life to the full with Winston, Nathan and Ollie.
This charity is a vital support for women and families dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis with their goal being by 2050 everyone lives from breast cancer and is supported well to live.
Our training has been going well. We've all completed 2 HM training runs ( Cait 3) and feeling good for the race in 3 weeks.
If you'd like to support us, please donate, it would greatly be appreciated. If anyone is in London 12th April come and cheer us on with Hannah. Breast Cancer Now stand is at Mile 7. Thank you so much for donating, it will really make a difference.
Lots of Love
