Dear All,

Tonbridge School has strong ties with Child Action Lanka and we were out there last July helping out at the Batticaloa Centre.

Oscar and I are fundraising again for CAL - this time for infrastructure projects.

We will be there for just over a month, where we will be driving around the whole country in an effort to visit six of the CAL centres to improve the most vital infrastructure needs including building kitchens, new classrooms and installing solar panels.

We are flying out on the 24th of July to Colombo and are aiming to raise £25-30k, before and during the trip. We will have more documentation coming through on what we are going to install at each of the six centres - please contact us if you would like more detail. We are hiring a Toyota Hilux and are going to work with local contractors to make it happen, before September. Please see our attached route below...
