Story
Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem.
But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling in silence.
At Mind, we believe that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They provide a listening ear, offer support and advice, and fight tirelessly for those who need it most.
As I prepare to participate in the Great North Run 2026 on September 13th, I am reminded of the importance of community and connection. This marathon is not just about running; it’s about raising awareness and funds for those who feel isolated in their struggles.
I am aiming to raise £500 to support Mind's vital work. Your contribution can help ensure that someone receives the help they need when they need it most. Together, we can make a difference and show that no one has to face their challenges alone.
Please consider donating today and join me in this important cause.
