Story

Cala Homes and Samaritans 2024

In just a few short months, something incredible is going to happen. On April 7th, 2024, a team of dedicated individuals will be participating in the BM10K run to raise funds for a cause that is close to their hearts. This is not just any run; it's an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

The cause they are fundraising for is none other than Samaritans. Since 2020, Cala Homes has been proudly partnered with Samaritans, supporting their mission to ensure that there is always someone there for anyone who needs someone to listen. Every 10 seconds, Samaritans answers a call for help. In fact, in 2022, there wasn't a single second where Samaritans weren't on the phone with someone.

People reach out to Samaritans for various reasons - family issues, financial worries, health concerns, mental health struggles, and even thoughts of suicide. No matter what you're going through, a Samaritan will be there by your side, ready to face it with you.

But now more than ever, Samaritans needs our support. Your generous donations will enable them to answer life-changing and potentially life-saving calls for help. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who are struggling and provide them with the support they desperately need.

Join us in this incredible journey as we run the BM10K marathon and raise funds for Cala Homes and Samaritans 2024. Together, we can create hope and change lives.

The Team: Dan Pearson, Paul Hodgson, Dave Ward, Nathan McMahon, Jemima Marsh, Ollie Burke, Joe Derbyshire and Harry Lloyd.
