I'm plummeting 12,000ft for Heads On, a mental health charity!

As someone who works in mental health, raising awareness and helping people with mental health difficulties forms a significant part of my life. I have witnessed first-hand the challenges people can face in accessing the right support, and the difference that charities like Heads On can make to peoples' lives!

In my personal life, myself and loved ones have been supported by NHS mental health services, and so it is with great honour that I hope to raise some funds in support of Heads On.

Heads On is the charity of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT), and provide valuable support for people with mental health difficulties. Heads On give funding for special projects, patient and family support, pioneering research and the transformation of our hospitals into more comfortable and welcoming environments.
