Changing Lives believes that everyone’s journey is different and that, with the right support, anyone can make positive change for good. For over 55 years, the charity has worked alongside people facing some of the most challenging circumstances, supporting them to overcome barriers and build safe, fulfilling and independent lives.

Operating nationally, Changing Lives supports more than 14,000 people each year, recognising that the challenges people face often go beyond housing alone.
