theGKexperience has been a major part of my life for over 10 years now. I have had the privilege of working and journeying alongside some of the most inspiring and incredible young people and their families. We focus on building long-term relationships with our young people, celebrating their successes and lending them a hand when things are tough.

Through no fault of their own our young people often do not get the same opportunities as others due to stigmas around where they live and their backgrounds, we believe that all young people deserve the same opportunities!

I've set the target to raise £1000 which would cover the space for one of our young people to attend our very first residential outside of Scotland, a week in July travelling to Italy doing some water sports, sightseeing but most of all giving the young people the chance to experience a different country and culture! For some of the group it will be their first time outside of Glasgow.
