On 27 July 2026, a group of Scottish veterans will canoe the River Tweed to raise awareness and vital funds for Who Dares Cares.
They are also fundraising in support of a memorial dedicated to the men of 11 Commando. The “Scottish Commandos”
This memorial will be sited in the Scottish Border town of Galashiels were the Unit was formed.
