This year has been an incredibly difficult one for the three of us, following the loss of both a dear friend, and a loving Father. We’ve seen first-hand the impact that addiction and mental health struggles can have on individuals, families and friends.

In their memory, we are taking on the York Marathon in October to raise money for ‘With You’.

We’re hoping to raise as much as possible to support the incredible work With You does for people and families facing similar struggles.

Every donation, no matter how small, would mean a lot to us.

Everyone should feel comfortable getting the support they need for challenges with drugs, alcohol or mental health, when and where they need it.

With over 80 services across England and Scotland, WithYou support more than 100,000 people a year. This includes many different kinds of support - from information and advice to treatment, specialist young person services, recovery and community support, to supporting the Armed Forces communities.
