Calvin's Mental Health Foundation Fundraising

Calvin Dass is raising money for Mental Health Foundation

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·

On Sunday 27th April 2025 our incredible team of runners are taking part in the iconic TCS London Marathon in support of good mental health for all.

Story

In 2016, I ran the London Marathon in memory of a close friend who had recently passed away. In 2025, I ran it again to mark the 10th anniversary and to keep his memory alive in the only way I know how: by moving forward.

Friends have shown up alongside me, on race days, on training runs, and in ways that have made this feel far less solitary than grief and running usually does.

I run for the Mental Health Foundation because they work where it counts most: prevention. Not waiting for people to reach crisis point, but investing in research, education, and community programmes that protect mental health before it breaks. Every pound raised helps them reach someone earlier, reduce stigma, and build a world where mental health is treated with the same urgency as physical health.

Mental health affects most of us, often silently. If you've ever struggled, or loved someone who has, you already know why this matters.

Thank you for your ongoing generosity and support - it means the world to me!

See you out there,

Calvs
