St Andrew's Church building in Countesthorpe has provided a meeting place for the community and stood in one form or another for 800 years, and as with any building of that age, faces its challenges. A Restoration Fund has been set up to fix various signficant structural problems and allow the building to return to its purpose, serving the people of the church and community by providing a community landmark and large meeting space. Cam and Harriet are taking on the challenge of an off-road half marathon to support the restoration fund, and with the kind support of donors, get the church building in good shape to continue to serve the church and community.
