Our six year old daughter Lucy is lit up by raising money for the World Wildlife Fund, and has dreamed up what she calls a "festival fundraiser".

With the help of local families, we’re hosting an afternoon of fun - facepainting, tasty cakes, pre-loved books and toys, and prosecco! Local businesses have kindly donated fantastic prizes for our raffle.

Please note the raffle has now been called snd the winners announced! You are still welcome to donate. This page will no longer take donations from 29th September 2025.

THANK YOU for supporting - it really does mean a lot and we hope it will further Lucy's passion too. All the support has been amazing.

Lucy learnt about the work of the WWF at her school, which ran fundraisers with each class. She and her friends felt inspired to make their own crafts to sell to our neighbours. She has really taken what she learnt to heart, and often asks questions about how we live and how we care for the planet.

WWF plays a vital role in safeguarding nature, tackling climate change, and helping people live within our planet’s limits. Seeing kids like Lucy and her friends so engaged with these huge challenges gives us real hope. Without Lucy’s persistence, this event wouldn’t be happening — and we couldn’t be prouder of her.
