Story
I am looking to raise money for Strathcarron Hospice by completing a men's solo Hyrox in Glasgow in March 2026. This is in loving memory of my late Papa, Jack McAndrew, who passed away in January this year. The amazing team at Strathcarron went above and beyond to take care of my Papa in his final few weeks. They also did the same for his sister last year. We can't thank them enough. Their ability to look after my Papa but also tend to all of his family who visited was truly brilliant.
As an independent hospice, Strathcarron cares for over 1,400 people every year at a time when both they and their family need it most. The Hospice philosophy is about living until you die and the team ensure people have every opportunity to achieve their goals right up until the last moment. To do this, the charity needs to raise raise over £16,637 a day to keep its services running.
Please support me as I challenge myself for Strathcarron Hospice. Just £24 can pay for one hour of nursing care and really will make a difference.
This one is for you Papa.
