A group of us, supported by Camphill St Albans and Staffs are willing to challenge ourselves to take part of the Herts 10k on Sunday 3rd November 24, in Knebworth.

Your donations will enable us to enjoy our weekly community meals with some quality and healthy products. It is an opportunity to get together, socialize with friends while enjoying a nice meal in our Michaelmass Hall.
