This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re bringing our women’s rugby community together for a special Women’s Takeover Day, raising money and awareness for CoppaFeel!

With our Development Team and First Team both taking part in fixtures, rugby will take centre stage as we come together for a cause that means so much. We want to use the power of sport, teamwork and our incredible rugby community to make a difference both on and off the pitch.

CoppaFeel! is the UK’s only youth-focused breast cancer awareness charity, on a mission to get every 18–24-year-old checking their chest. They educate young people about the signs and symptoms of breast cancer and encourage regular chest checking, empowering people to recognise changes, contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

Early detection can save lives. By raising awareness and encouraging conversations about breast health, we hope to help more people feel confident knowing their bodies and speaking up if something doesn't feel right.

As a women's rugby club, we believe in looking after one another, supporting our community and standing together for causes that matter. This takeover is about more than rugby; it's about bringing generations of women and girls together, starting important conversations and helping spread a message that could genuinely save lives.

All ages are welcome to join us in the clubhouse for our open day with activities like bracelet making, face painting, and a raffle following the conclusion of our First Team fixture.
