In 2019 I took on Tower 42 in my first Vertical Rush attempt, getting a very reasonable 10m 32s time up the endless 42 flights of stairs.
This year after a few years of the event being off, I've done: A boxing challenge; Went to an MMA gym; Did my own "Mile-every-hour" Marathon solo challenge; & Rediscovered climbing 🧗 😤
So I feel massively better placed to crack 10 minutes, maybe even go-for-broke and target less than 8 minutes? 👀
