The cost of living crisis is leaving millions of families in poverty, unable to afford the basics, skipping meals and going without essentials.

I’m running 1000 miles to raise money for the amazing charity Christians Against Poverty (CAP) who is offering free debt and budgeting help to people in local communities across the UK and emergency aid such as food and energy support for those in crisis situations.

Working for CAP myself, I’m blessed to see the incredibly positive impact the charity has on people’s lives, helping thousands out of debt each year and into a brighter future.

CAP has services running all across the UK including in Yorkshire and my home town of Barnsley.
