Lauren from Capital Group Head Office is taking on an incredible challenge this spring, completing a 98-foot descent abseil on 21st March 2026 in support of The Haven.

The Haven provides life-changing support to women and children affected by domestic abuse across Wolverhampton, offering safe refuge, specialist services and a pathway to rebuild lives free from fear. Every day, their work makes a real difference to families when they need it most.

By stepping well outside her comfort zone, Lauren is helping to raise vital funds and awareness for this essential local charity. Her abseil isn’t just about the height, it’s about standing up for those who often feel they have no voice and backing an organisation that delivers real impact in our community.
