After learning about Street Child and their incredible mission, I decided to join the Stowe Street Child committee.

I am truly inspired by the way they support children across the globe who are placed in incredibly difficult circumstances, providing the essential necessities that every child deserves.

Since joining the committee, I’ve helped organise various fundraising events at school throughout the year, including:

• Doughnut sales

• A silent auction on Speech Day

• A fashion show

While I’m proud of what we’ve achieved as a committee, I feel a personal responsibility to do even more for this incredible charity and the children it supports. That’s why I’m running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise funds for Street Child and help amplify the impact of their vital work.
