The team at Carefound Home Care are proud to be taking on the 15-mile Nidderdale Walk again this year on Sunday 17th May, raising money for Harrogate and District Community Action (HADCA).

After such a fantastic experience last year, we’re excited to be back! Hopefully with the same great weather and even more people joining us! It’s a brilliant way for us to come together as a team, enjoy the beautiful Nidderdale countryside, and most importantly, support a cause that means so much to our local community.

As a care provider, supporting people to live well and stay connected is at the heart of everything we do. HADCA shares these values, helping individuals and families across the Harrogate district by reducing isolation and improving well-being.

We’ll be walking 15 miles to raise as much as we can, and we’d be incredibly grateful for your support. Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference.
