Graham Morris, Adam Stanway, Carl Adshead and Tom Adshead are taking part in The Bullock Smithy Hike to raise money for two charities - Francis House Children's Hospice and Motor Neurone Disease Association.

The Hike is a 56 mile (90km) route in 24 hours, from Hazel Grove through Lyme Park, Edale, Castleton, Millers Dale, Wildboarclough, Bollington and back.
