Story
As most people know, I lost my dad in 2020 at 65 due to cancer, then in January 2025 I lost my mum to cancer, also at 65.
Both mum and dad spent considerable time under the care of Weston Hospice and I can't thank them enough for the level of care and humanity they showed to not only mum and dad, but the whole family. Offering round the clock support and care for us all.
As a thank you, I and my sisters will be participating in the Mendip Challenge to raise money for Weston Hospice care and any donations you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Weston Hospicecare receives less than 20% of its income from Government/NHS funding, the remaining 80% comes from the generosity of the local community and through fundraising events such as Mendip Challenge.
The Mendip Challenge an exciting sponsored event for those looking to have fun, challenge themselves and raise money for Weston Hospicecare.
