I am running the Great Eastern Run 5k for the T-21 charity organisation, which if you know me, I’m not the greatest runner so hitting 5k will be great!

It is a wonderful organisation that supports young adults with Downs Syndrome, giving them meaningful work, training, life skills and independence in a safe environment.

It is a place that my brother thoroughly loves and they have really helped him develop his skills and engage with others.
