I am doing a 70+ mile walk around the isle of wight on the 7th August, in 6 days. I'm hoping to raise some money for young carers in Herts. They do fantastic work for young people ( from the age of 4 up to 18) looking after and helping look after family members who need care . Our daughter has been a part of young carers since she was 4 . she has help with her mother when they go out together and at home . she is now 12 and is a member of the young carers council and is really proud to be a part of it. young carers provide lots of activities. including young carers conference, young carers festival , residential trips , waterways canal trips and lots more thing to give young people a break from caring for family and loved ones and give them a safe space . They do all this with the help for fundraising and donations .
