I'm taking on the 170ft descent down the Hyatt Regency Hotel this September to support Manchester Foundation Trust Charity. I am raising funds for Lime arts which is solely funded by MFT charitable donations. Lime arts runs the create+ programme for staff wellbeing and supports staff after a prolonged period of sick leave with their return to work. Lime also runs many other amazing projects to improve patient experience, support carers and improve our hospital spaces. Without the support of Lime Arts, I do not think I would still be working as a Consultant Anaesthetist today. I hope by abseiling down this massive building, I am able to raise awareness of their work, and give something back to this brilliant organisation.
