As you probably know, I have been very keen on raising money for the Air Ambulance, ever since they came to pick me up in 2005. They receive no Government funding, so I want to do my part to make sure they are there for everyone else who may need them. I am trying to raise money for the HELP Appeal, the only charity in the country funding hospital helipads and air ambulance base helipads.

This year will be 20 years after I was picked up by that amazing helicopter and 2 years after my brain injury (although luckily that time did not require the air ambulance), so I wanted to do something special. My aim for 100km will be further than I have ever run before.
