Keir spent his final days in Y Bwthyn, and I am truly grateful for the incredible care he received there. The love and support shown to him—and to all of us who loved him—was on another level. I am so thankful that he was looked after with such warmth, compassion, and hugs, which is exactly what Keir was all about
