Help Me Support Men's Mental Health with ManUp?

On 26th April 2025, I’ll be taking on the Hyrox Race in Barcelona—a challenge of strength, endurance, and determination. But this race isn’t just about crossing the finish line; it’s about raising awareness and funds for a cause close to my heart: men’s mental health.

I’m proud to support ManUp?, a charity dedicated to breaking the stigma around men’s mental health, providing support, and encouraging open conversations. Too many men suffer in silence, and ManUp? is on a mission to change that.

I know how it feels to struggle and to think there’s no way out. But I also know that things can get better. Sometimes, the first step is simply opening up. Whether it’s to a friend, a loved one, or a professional, there’s always someone ready to listen. You don’t have to face it alone.
