Story

Today, six people will be told they have MND. By sponsoring me and making a donation to the Motor Neurone Disease Association you will change the lives of people affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

I'm running in memory of the inspirational Tony Cesay, a highly respected boxing coach with a long-standing track record of working with young people, particularly those at risk of exclusion, involvement in crime, or disengagement from education. Tony dedicated years to mentoring young people through boxing, helping them build discipline, confidence, and direction, and has produced both competitive athletes and positive role models within their communities.

He sadly died from MND on 23rd April this year. One of his favourite phrases was "You gotta run Son" so it seemed only fitting for me to run some big

£12 could provide an information pack for a person newly diagnosed with MND

£35 could fund one of our MND Connect helpline advisers for an hour

£40 could buy an adapted cutlery set so a person can feed themselves

£75 could inspire a rising research star to devote their career to MND

£100 could provide a voice amplifier for someone to read to their children

Every penny you donate matters.
