UnityMK is MIB's Charity partner, and for another year we are supporting their Big Sleepout, to contribute to their target of funding hot meals for a full winternight shelter season.

On 15th May, I’ll be stepping out of my comfort zone to raise vital funds for life-changing charity, UnityMK, by taking part in the Big Sleepout challenge.

I’ll be spending the night in a car park, with only a sleeping bag and a few warm layers, gaining a small but powerful insight into the reality faced by those forced to sleep rough.
