myself and jade are running the great north run for team breath asthma and lung charity! We are doing this in memory of jades dad who sadly passed away after a COPD attack in September. Although he had asthma and COPD he was the fittest man in 5 towns and loved to run. please help us reach our target in loving memory of Roy Phillips 💙
