Hi and thanks so much for taking time to visit my online Pink Pilates class page in support of Breast Cancer Now and their Wear it Pink campaign

October is Breast cancer awareness month and I just wanted to help raise awareness of the importance of regularly checking ourselves and to go for Mammograms when called. 

This is the sixth year of our online Pink Pilates class! A great opportunity to get together with lovely people, wear Pink, move our bodies and raise some money for a great cause.

As some of you know - I lost my Mum to Breast Cancer when I was 18 so it is a cause close to my heart. Thanks very much for supporting me and a great charity.
