Having worked in Homelessness for 32 years now, I am passionate about the causes of homelessness and the solutions to homelessness. Our homes are so precious to us and yet so many do not have that safe and secure space to call home. Ahag is a local charity supporting homeless people and their work is invaluable to local people.

If you know me, you will know how much I will struggle doing the sleep out, but I know for me, it is one night. For many, it is days, weeks, months and years.

This is my third sleep out. The last one took me two days to thaw out I think 😊🥶
